How to correctly manage chemical hazards
All Australian businesses have an obligation under Sections 35-57 of the WHS Regulations to eliminate chemical hazards. If it’s not possible for your business to eliminate hazards in the workplace, you need to follow the Hierarchy of Controls and find ways to minimise or ‘control’ them.
